They finally start to bookwander, and it gets exciting all over again! That definitely brought back some of the original magic. It finally started to move when Milo and Alessia, teaming up with the botanist of course, started to solve the recipe to get the ingredients they needed to wake up Milo’s uncle Horatio. Needless to say, I didn’t give up since I’ve been pretty devoted to the series and own all the books. It was missing the light airy imaginative feeling the first few books in the series captured perfectly.

This should have been a much quicker read for me, but I struggled for this very reason. It was like major info dump! I was immediately pulled out of the story, bored and slowly trying to push through. The Treehouse Library is the 5th installment in the Pages & Co Bookwanderers series and the 2nd book in the unexpected trilogy focused on the side character Milo.Īs the 4th installment ended with an abundant # of loose ends, this story suffered a bit during the first third of the story. “Anyone with a good imagination does that all the time anyway we see gaps where stories might be hiding.”
